From the stairwell, we find the hallway leading to the other rooms, but it is not considered in its mere function, but as a small art exhibition with a wall made of plasterboard, consisting of shelves and spotlights that highlight the objects Places in it.
The area west of the stairwell has been divided into two rooms: study and living room, through a new design design idea that includes the use of polycarbonate modular partition panels that can be dismantled or placed in different areas of the Room, if necessary.
The area, located to the east of the stairwell, was dedicated to the bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.
For the bedroom with an attached wardrobe, it has been thought of as a true suite with a fireplace that makes even more the idea of ​​comfort and relaxation that this environment needs to have.
The walk-in closet is very spacious and comfortable, plus a space dedicated to the toilet, which is ideal for us women.
At the bathroom, you can access through two entrances, both from the wardrobe for a matter of functionality and from the disengagement for guests.
All environments are equipped with a minimalist, but high-performance air conditioning, which has been chosen to bring a design, elegance and functionality to the forefront.
The furniture has clean, simple and modern lines, easy to find and looking even economical.
White prevails, to give the entire attic room a touch of brightness and freshness, but the contrast with the colors used on the walls or through the furnishing elements can not be missed to guarantee a character and a personality.

Il progetto proposto si basa sul rendere l’ambiente Mansarda, un luogo caldo e accogliente, tenendo in considerazione due aspetti indivisibili: esteticità e funzionalità.
Sono stati garantiti tutti gli ambienti richiesti, con il recupero di spazi, fondamentali per una corretta vivibilità e l’apertura di finestre nel tetto per una maggiore luminosità.
Salendo dal vano scala, troviamo il disimpegno che guida verso le altre stanze, ma non viene considerato nella sua mera funzione, ma come una piccola esposizione d’arte con una parete realizzata in cartongesso, composta da ripiani e faretti che mettano in risalto gli oggetti posti in essa.
La zona, posta ad ovest del vano scala, è stata suddivisa in due camere : studio e salotto, attraverso una nuova idea progettuale di design che prevede l’utilizzo di pannelli divisori componibili in policarbonato, che possono essere smontati o posizionati in aree diverse della stanza, in caso di necessità.
La zona, posta ad est del vano scala, è stata dedicata alla camera da letto, bagno e cabina armadio.
Per la camera da letto con annessa cabina armadio, è stata pensata come una vera suite con un camino che rende ancora di più l’idea di comfort e relax che quest’ambiente deve avere.
La cabina armadio è molto spaziosa e confortevole, inoltre è stato pensato uno spazio dedicato alla toilette, ideale per noi donne.
Al bagno, è possibile accedere tramite due ingressi, sia dalla cabina armadio per una questione di funzionalità e sia dal disimpegno per gli ospiti.
Tutti gli ambienti sono muniti di un climatizzatore dal design minimo, ma di alta funzionalità, tale scelta è stata effettuata per ricondursi ad un filo conduttore della progettazione in essere, di eleganza e funzionalità.
L’arredo ha linee pulite, semplici e moderne, facilmente reperibili e dall'aspetto anche economico.
Il bianco predomina, per dare a tutto l’ambiente della mansarda un tocco di luminosità e di freschezza, ma il contrasto con colori utilizzati sulle pareti o attraverso gli elementi di arredo, non può mancare per garantirne un carattere ed una personalità.
