The project proposes the redevelopment of a classic Victorian flat tailored to the owners' requirements and lifestyle. The design concept embraces the style of the flat, but revised in a modern key, for a harmonious and careful mix of modern furnishings and Victorian look. As can be seen from the floor plan and the renderings, the corridor is conceived not only as a link between the various rooms, but also as an element of greater flow and has been enhanced by means of frames on the walls to obtain an elegant boiserie effect. The new parquet floor accompanies us from the living room to the back room without interruption for a dynamic and flexible home. This concept is emphasised in the back room where sliding glass doors can be used to separate the room as required without losing visual continuity and depth.
