Following your brief, I took the following design measures.
I maximized on comfort, elegance and considered the budget.
Pax system on the proposed closet area-can have sliding door or still be open
1.The lounge and kitchen linking allows for use of natural light for both of the spaces saving on energy cost ,there is also an additional value of the space by having a breakfast area.
Use of laminate floor finish with ceramic tiles on kitchen area
2.The position of the bathroom, sleeping area and walk in closet links better and also maintains PRIVACY.
The bathroom receives natural lighting....2. Can fit a stalked washer and dryer.....3.Has storage area and worktop shelf....4. Has the hot water storage.- SPACIOUS AND FUNCTIONAL
