L’idea di progetto è quella di legare i tre appartamenti seguendo un filo conduttore unico e ben definito, soluzione raggiunta mediante l’utilizzo dei colori e dei materiali.
Tenendo conto delle vostre richieste, il progetto prevede la suddivisione dell’ambiente esistente in tre appartamenti di cui un monolocale e due bilocali, tutti dotati di bagno separato.
Con la soluzione proposta, non si prevede di modificare i prospetti, tranne che per una finestra del bilocale A, che diventa portafinestra per poter usufruire del terrazzo.
Per ottimizzare gli spazi e conferire più luce agli ambienti abitativi si è optato per la scelta di realizzare i bagni cechi dotandogli un sistema di aspirazione forzata.
Il monolocale nonostante le ridotte dimensioni, è stato sfruttato al massimo senza rinunciare al comfort, grazie a dei sistemi salvaspazio come il sistema trasformabile con letto in verticale ad apertura abbattibile, con divano contenitore e mensola libreria, il mobile con un semplice movimento si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale pronto all'uso. Inoltre il tavolo è estraibile da un elemento contenitore, collocato sulla parete opposta a quella del divano. Non manca poi un piccolo blocco cucina, composto dal lavello, due fuochi ad induzione, piccolo frigorifero e pensile con forno a microonde.
I due bilocali identificati come bilocale A e bilocale B, hanno i due bagni adiacenti collocati nella parte centrale, mentre le zone living e le camere si affacciano verso l’esterno del perimetro del fabbricato per poter sfruttare al massimo della luce naturale. Entrambi i bilocali, nella zona living sono dotati di divano trasformabile in letto, con la possibilità di ospitare anche una famiglia di 4 persone. Dotati di blocchi cucina di dimensioni maggiori rispetto al monolocale, dove trova collocazione anche una piccola lavastoviglie.
Le camere da letto sono dotate di tutti i comfort ed i bagni sono completi di wc e bidet, nonché di una doccia piuttosto ampia e un lavabo eventualmente con mobiletto.
Dato che il progetto è pensato per una località di montagna si è optato per atmosfere calde ed accoglienti attraverso l’utilizzo dei legni, non solo a pavimento ma anche a parete soprattutto nella realizzazione delle testate dei letti o dei blocchi cucina; dei rivestimenti in pietra o in gres porcellanato effetto legno anticato o tessuti materici o wall paper particolari.
