Lo spazio ufficio inizia con la reception e la hall. La reception si avvale del pilastro solitario qui e ha due scrivanie a forma di "L", è il luogo in cui i dipendenti firmano la loro presenza e i visitatori vengono indirizzati. A sinistra della reception è una piccola lobby con 2 divani, una sedia e un tavolino da caffè. Dal momento che lasciare l'intera parte inferiore sinistra dell'ufficio per una lobby sarebbe uno spreco di spazio, è separato dalle scrivanie da uno schermo pieghevole. Sulla piccola rientranza di fronte all'entrata c'è una piccola TV che può essere vista dalla hall e dalla reception, può mostrare marketing, riprodurre musica o mostrare statistiche e schede di analisi.
Lo spazio ufficio è diviso in 2 piccoli uffici (uffici 1 e 2 numerati sul piano) e 2 grandi (uffici 3 e 4). I piccoli uffici possono essere utilizzati per l'incontro con i clienti, mentre quelli grandi sono spazi di lavoro comuni. Le numerose finestre nello spazio vengono utilizzate di conseguenza, nulla le ostruisce e alcune piante sono posizionate lungo di esse e in alcuni angoli importanti. Il bagno è ampliato per avere una hall con lavandini e due cabine separate, in questo modo non è necessario separarsi in due bagni (WC maschili e femminili). Il piccolo bagno, che ha due porte, può rimanere con due porte, ma che limita il suo scopo. Eliminando la porta del piccolo magazzino, può essere un bagno completo e molto accogliente che anche i visitatori possono utilizzare, altrimenti può avere un piccolo lavabo e forse un bagno, se si cambia una delle porte con una scorrevole. Il corridoio a destra ha tre scrivanie, per utilizzare lo spazio e la luce al massimo possibile. I due grandi uffici nella parte posteriore hanno un'organizzazione a forma di "U" di tavoli che si affacciano verso una tavola di presentazione sul muro di ingresso. Poiché gli uffici hanno sempre un sacco di carte e materiali, abbiamo sistemato un ampio spazio di archiviazione e abbiamo trovato alcuni modi innovativi per archiviare tutte le pratiche burocratiche.
La principale combinazione di colori è una pallette neutra e rilassata con blu e giallo calmo. Immaginiamo che il principale colore di contrasto sia il rosso, poiché è considerato il colore del successo e del buon business nel feng shui. Le regole di Bagua ("pa qua") suggeriscono che sia presente sulle pareti di fronte alla porta d'ingresso, il che significa che si trova su tutte le pareti principali dei grandi uffici. Può anche essere uno stile di pittura a mosaico, con forme alteranti di varie sfumature di rosso (gli esagoni apparirebbero interessanti come uno schema). Le pareti accanto alle finestre sono blu chiaro, per portare più cielo nello spazio e renderlo più leggero.
La scelta di luci e mobili è realizzata in un modo moderno, colori neutri e di legno leggeri, con pendenti di forma interessante. Abbiamo scelto IKEA perché è accessibile e di qualità, ma qualsiasi negozio di arredamento locale avrà pezzi simili

The office space starts with the reception and lobby. The reception takes advantage of the lone pillar here and has two desks in an "L" shape, it is the place where your employees sign their presence and the visitors get directed. Left of the reception is a small lobby with 2 sofas, one chair and a coffee table. Since leaving the whole lower left part of the office for a lobby would be a waste of space, it is separated from the workdesks by a foldable screen. On the small wall indent right in front of the entrance is a small TV that can be seen from the lobby and reception, it can show marketing, play music or show statistics and analytics boards.
The office space is divided into 2 small offices (offices 1 and 2 numbered on the plan) and 2 large ones (offices 3 and 4). The small offices can be used for meeting with clients, whilst the large ones are common workspaces. The many windows in the space are used accordingly, nothing obstructs them, and a few plants are placed along them and in some important corners. The bathroom is enlarged to have a lobby with washbasins and two separate cabins, this way it doesnt need to be separated in two bathrooms (male and female WC). The small bathroom, that has two doors, can remain with two doors, but that restrains its purpose. By eliminating the door to the small storage, it can be a complete and very cosy bathroom that even visitors can use, otherwise it can have a small washbasin and maybe a toilet, if you change one of the doors with a sliding one. The hallway to the right has three desks, to use the space and light to the maximum possible. The two large offices in the back have an "U" shaped organization of tables that face towards a presentation board on the entry wall. Since offices always have a lot of papers and materials, we placed ample storage space and found a few innovative ways to store all the paperwork.
The principal colour scheme is a relaxed neutral pallette with calm blues and yellow. We envision the main contrast colour to be red, as it is regarded as the colour of success and good business in feng shui. Bagua ("pa qua") rules suggest it be present on walls opposite the entrance door, which means it is on all the main walls of the large office spaces. It can also be a mosaic style of painting, with altering shapes of various shades of red (hexagons would look interesting as a pattern). The walls next to windows are light blue, to bring in more sky to the space and make it lighter.
The choice of lights and furniture is made in a modern fashion, light neutral and wooden colours, with interesting shaped pendants. We chose IKEA as it is accessible and quality, but any local furniture shop will have similar pieces
