We are a family of 2 parents, 3 children (7 years old female, 6 male, 2 male) and fourth (sissy) coming.
We live in a three-room apartment in a central Milan in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and original stucco ceilings 3.20.
Our 2 bedrooms and living room-kitchen we love them and are very bright but had allargarci.
Now we are buying the four rooms adjacent to ours and we can finally have more space for all.
Requirements:
– Separate kitchen with dining table and pantry room
– Large and cozy living area with table, sofas, TV (upright piano?)
– 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin children)
– 1 room, possibly communicating with living, to serve as a study / guest cam / sofa with TV, large library to ceiling
– At least 3 bathrooms
– Laundry and shoe rack functional
The area is very bright side of the road and therefore concentreremmo rooms as much as possible in the opposite direction.
What we like:
– Light
– Simple style,
– White background, light wood floors, cozy
– We like a live environment and fresh, welcoming and that on the one hand leave room for imagination and passions of each (books for young and old, guitar and piano, sports, toys, plates / cups, etc …) from ‘ another has large spaces contained therein (hidden) to keep everything in order.
– We lived for several years abroad and one north-European style, with influences of Provence and industrial, attracts us. It should respect the historic building in which we live.
A floor lights, even rough, maybe instead of some section, would be appreciated.
