The project was born following the instructions and trying to use the space in an optimal way. The space for the common entrance is minimal and the two apartments have more or less the same size. Each apartments has a bedroom, a bathroom , a closet space and a living area with kitchen. It was used the possibility of a new column discharge in the balcony for a new bath. The apartments are not very big; the project tries to make them the most comfortable possible.

Il progetto nasce seguendo le indicazioni fornite cercando di sfruttare lo spazio in maniera ottimale. Lo spazio dedicato all'ingresso comune è minimo ed i due appartamenti hanno praticamente la stessa metratura. Ognuno dei due appartamenti ha una camera matrimoniale, servizi, spazi ripostiglio ed una zona living con cucina. E' stata sfruttata la possibilità di una nuova colonna di scarico nel balcone per un nuovo bagno. Gli appartamenti non sono molto grandi, il progetto cerca di renderli il piu confertevoli possibile.
