Il progetto di ridistribuzione interna prevede la divisione in due bilocali, uno di 38 mq ed un altro, più grande, di 55 mq. L’ingresso ai due appartamenti ottimizza lo spazio in modo da “perdere”, in corrispondenza dell’attuale porta d’ingresso, solo 1,50 mq necessario per i due nuovi ingressi.
Appartamento 1 (38 mq) : dal living con cucina angolare (con finestra e portafinestra sul balcone) si accede, tramite il disimpegno, al bagno (finestrato e con colonna di scarico wc sul balcone), al ripostiglio (con lavatrice e possibilità di organizzare ripiani a parete o creare un solaio chiuso con h dal soffitto max 75 cm-compreso spessore) e alla camera matrimoniale. Quest’ultima avrà un armadio lineare sulla parete di fondo (180 cm), frontalmente al letto (con testiera-contenitore) e le pareti potranno essere sfruttate con ripiani.
Tutte le superfici dei locali rispettano la normativa edilizia.
Appartamento 2 (55 mq) : dall’ampio ingresso, con soffitto ribassato per poter ricavare un solaio chiuso (h dal soffitto max 75 cm-compreso spessore) si accede ad un grande open space ottimizzato su ogni lato con arredi funzionali (stile industrial-chic). Si mantiene la posizione attuale della cucina lineare di 3 metri “nascosta” da una piccola parete laterale. La cucina è dotata di finestra e portafinestra di accesso al balcone. Il living è concepito come uno spazio unico in cui il grande tavolo al centro separa la cucina dall’area relax. La portafinestra permette l’entrata di aria e luce nel locale.
Il ripostiglio (con lavatrice e ripiani a parete) è chiuso da pannelli scorrevoli dipinti o rasomuro.
Dal disimpegno si accede al grande bagno (mantenuto nella posizione attuale, con vasca e due finestre che rendono questo locale luminoso e arioso) e alla camera da letto matrimoniale, con armadio angolare. In alternativa può essere sostituita la vasca con doccia, permettendo di ricavare lo spazio in camera per alloggiare un armadio lineare (vedi riquadro circolare in PLAN).
Tutte le superfici rispettano la normativa edilizia.

The project provides for the division of internal distribution into two apartments, one of 38 mq and another, larger, of 55 mq. The entrance to the two apartments maximizes space in order to "lose", in correspondence of the current door, only 1,50 mq necessary for the two new doors.
Apartment 1 (38 mq) : from the living with kitchen corner (with window and frenchwindow into the balcony) you get, by the hallway, in the bathroom (with window and drain toilet on the balcony), in the storage room (with washing machine and possibility of organizing wall-shelves or create a closed floor with h max 75 cm from the ceiling-including thickness) and in the master bedroom. This room will have a linear wardrobe on the wall (180 cm), facing the bed (headboard-container) and the walls can be exploited with shelves.
All areas comply with the building regulations.
Apartment 2 (55 mq) : from the large entrance hall, with lowered ceiling in order to derive a closed floor (h max 75 cm from the ceiling-including thickness) leads to a large open space on each side with optimized functional furniture (industrial-chic style). It maintains the current position of the linear kitchen of 3 meters "hidden" from a small side wall. The kitchen has a window and frenchwindow to balcony access. The living is designed as a unique space in which the large table in the center separates the kitchen from the relax area. Frenchwindow allows the entry of air and light into the room.
The closet (with washing machine and shelves on the wall) is closed by sliding panels painted or recessed wall fitting.
From the hallway you get to the large bathroom (maintained at the current location, with bathtub and two windows that make this room bright and airy) and the master bedroom, with corner wardrobe. Alternatively it can be replaced a bathtub with shower, allowing to derive space in the room for a linear closet (see circular box in PLAN).
