The new plan involves a few wall changes (limited to minimum). Firstly, a kitchen wall has been moved so it's in the same line as a corridor/office wall. It makes the open space more clear, living area is not so tight as before. We gain an extra space to put your jacket, shoes and so (suggestion: decorative wall hooks). Also the kitchen hasn't lost it's functionality, as it has long &comfortable worktop area. The toilet has been changed to make it functional (better access).
The dining area is located next to the kitchen, which has more sense. The door to the guest toilet has been changed (opening outside to the left, which makes it "more private"). The living area is comfortable, located on the axis with barbecue stand. On the way to the barbecue terrace we have a bar area: with refrigerator and wine cellar on the right and cupboard for glasses and cigars storage on the left (also: worktop to prepare drinks).
The green areas have been diminished: there's more space for barbecue table and spa area. Also, the short barbecue terrace wall is divided by the barbecue stand. Both terraces become great spaces for friends meetings and parties.
CEILING AND LIGHTING:
The ceiling coresponds with the inspiration you suggested. There's a 'tunnel' where you can place LED strip lights or downlights - the source of light is hidden. The suspended ceiling doesn't come right to the wall, so you can hide the curtain hooks. Another suspension is over the kitchen worktop, where downlights are installed. The air conditioning stays as you suggested (to be consulted with the producer). The soundsystem also should be consulted with the producer - suggestions of placing are shown on the visualisations. Terraces can be lighten by LED lights mounted to the awning construction and decorative LED balls.
DESIGN&COLOURS:
The flat has modern and fresh look. The design is beautiful&simple, the lines of walls and furniture are kept clean. Most of the furniture pieces are inexpensive, but what makes this flat exceptional are several designer pieces (e.g. lamp, table). The 'base' of the flat is very universal and you can change the general look by changing decoration style. If you would like to have a "warmer-coloured" flat you can paint the walls light beige/warm grey and change black (walls, furniture) to dark brown.
