Gentile cliente, il progetto che le propongo è frutto di un’attenta riflessione sui suoi
desideri, senza però trascurare altri importanti obiettivi, come l’equilibrio tra spazialità e
luce, tra funzionalità e risultanza percettiva dell’ambiente.
Ho preferito, per queste ragioni, scegliere come stanze da adibire a soggiorno-cucina quelle che si affacciano su via Gherardini, oltretutto l'orientamento e l'illuminazione solare direi che si equivalgono, visto che i locali su Corso Sempione hanno un esposizione Nord/Nord-Est e quelle su via Gherardini Nord-ovest.
Questa sceltà permette una migliore distribuzione degli ambienti, con minor spreco di spazio nelle zone ingresso e disimpegno. Il soggiorno-cucina viene raggiunto facilmente senza dover attraversare ambiti più privati, esso e stato parzialmente suddiviso senza compromettere la percezione globale dell'intero spazio, la partizione previstapuò essere modificata, allungando o accorciando le due zone, secondo i suoi desideri.
Penso che tutto il pavimento dovrebbe essere rinnovato, anche per il collocamento dei nuovi impianti nel bagno padronale e nella nuova cucina, posizionati in aree lontane dagli scarichi attuali. Spero che questo non sia un problema per Lei, ma ho ritenuto molto più efficace tale distribuzione degli amienti.
I materiali a cui ho pensato sono: pavimento in legno chiaro con tavole di medio-grandi dimensioni (15X140 cm), . ; intonaci colorati con pitture naturali (si faccia riferimento a http://springcolor.it/# - un’azienda che produce stucchi e vernici completamente naturali, profumate e senza emissioni nocive), di colore bianco alternato al rosso-arancio per l’area pranzo e il soggiorno; cucina in acciaio e legno.
