Our proposal try to put all your ideas together, with some few changes. The social area is located in front of the corso sempione, we propose to demolish the wall between E and D so the area is completely open and looks much bigger and luminated. In the kitchen we create an island that also works as dining table, and the living include one big and comfortable sofa and two cozy chairs. With this distribution you maximise the use of the space and it looks very modern.
In the A we propose the second bedroom, it's a very big room, with natural light, and include its own closet (we take advantage of the space near the window that has a good depth).
In the entrance we propose a multipurpose white wardrobe (includes the laundry area and also has space for coats), the white color is important because it looks like a wall.
In the B we propose the master bedroom, which now includes a bath and closet. This room is big enough to have the master bed and an armchair, so you can relax reading a book there. The bathroom includes a shower and we think it's necessary to have natural light, so we open an intern little window (doesn't affect the facade).
In the C we propose the TV room, it's open to the corridor (no door) and to the living (not completely, but are connected). This room could be also used as a guest room with a sofa bed there.
As you can see we use light colors, with accents of strong colors in some walls, so the space looks simple but with personality. The furniture suggested has simple lines, this helps to make the space looks bigger and modern. We think it's necessary to use some mirrors to bring light into the spaces and make look bigger, and also to use some paintings to give a cozy environment.
These are our ideas but feel free to add your personal touch, the spaces look better when they reflect the spirit of the owners.
