The small charme residence is a typical house from the 30’s that still have some traditional elements
such as groin arches. These are beautiful reminders of the charecteristic building and it would be a
shame to let this disappear. For this reason, I consider to renovate as much as possible the existing
elements and add new furniture or objects that fit into the atmosphere. I also encourage the use of
natural materials such as leccese stone, wood, cane .. The keywords of this project are characteristics,
traditions, minimalism and nature.
