Flexibility - Communication - Creativity

The problem it seemed to me evident in this project was not so much about the size of the space, but because of its shape, long but not too wide, with the problem of receiving light.

When I was thinking about the needs to get a work environment to be stimulating, flexible and communicative, I thought that a wall composed by glass doors could be the solution. In this way the space can receive light, it doesn’t make you feel in a closed environment and communication with neighboring areas is favored. Furthermore, walls with opaque glass can give the right separation for activities that require a certain concentration and they also could be used as additional whiteboards for taking notes.

The arrangement of the work tables in the center of the space facilitates the exchange and interaction between colleagues.
The choice of the bricks and the color of the walls is to provide continuity and dialogue with the rest of the environments.

If it’s your intention to even change the color of the floor, I would suggest to use a resin that incorporates the warm color of the walls.
