We attach a floor plan, dimension plan, and simple 3d rendering for the house proposal. For the basement we create a storage area and multifuntion area. For the ground floor there are a guest room, dining area, kitchen with bar chair and table (pool view), living room, a bathroom, a guest bedroom, 2 entrance (entrance for guest and entrance from parking lot), and a access to barberque area. For the first floor there are 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, a master bedroom with master bathroom, and a small garden (open window to improve the lighting and wind circulation in the corridor) .
For the design we choose modern style as required, we create a lot of windows opening to make the space feel open and increase the wind circulation inside the building.
