We want to realize a Suite room for Our Hotel, located in the heart of the Alps (Livigno) 1816 m Above see level.
The Suite, will be for 2 people (or for family 2+2) and must provide:
-Double bed
-Bathroom (double sicks, preferibily separate from the wc)
-Tub
-Finnish Sauna
-Floor Heating
-Wood Stove or pellet (FIREPLACE)
-Tiny but well-equipped Kitchen
-Frigobar
-Sofa or Armchairs
It should also be an area with a table to eat breakfast (Breakfast) that can be served from the hotel (room service).
Inside the room,small local furnishing the possibility of admitting during the winter season skis / snowboards, ski boots, with a special boot dryer and during summer, trekking equipment, racing bike and mountain bike (PROVIDED FOR 2 PEOPLE).
All with an Open Space style and Cozy Atmosphere.
Outside (south side), there will be a private garden with deck, hot tub and the tub with cold water for after-sauna(Sauna in the room must be close to that tub) and BBQ
In furnishing, the wood must have the predominant part, the suite is inserted in a two-storey chalets (suite occupies the entire ground floor).
