La struttura di distribuzione degli uffici è caratterizzata da due lunghi corridoi che si configurano come elementi importanti del sistema antincendio in quanto costituiscono le vie di fuga dell'intero sistema.
Il contest richiede di utilizzare tali corridoi per organizzare una serie nuova di spazi e funzioni che hanno insieme la funzione di arredare tali spazi ma, anche e non secondariamente, quella di sopperire ad alcuni problemi congeniti agli open space.
Si trattava in sostanza di ricavare all'interno di questi spazi dei moduli da dedicare a chat via internet e piccole riunioni, da svolgere in un luogo sufficientemente insonorizzato da non arrecare disturbo a quanti stiano lavorando negli spazi che sosteggiano il sistema.
Elemento importante era quello di salvaguardare il sistema complessivo delle vie di fuga organizzate, in modo che i nuovi elementi non intralciassero ne il sistema di evacuazione né le uscite degli sapzi di lavoro.
Si è quindi considerato di salvaguardare e lasciare completamente libero una larghezza del corridoio superiore alla metò, in tal modo garantendo uno spazio dinamico superiore alla larghezza delle vie di fuga.
Per le chat è stata adottata la scelta di realizzare dei box, completamente apribili, con un sistema di vetrata scorrevole e prieghevole. Questa può essere aperta o chiusa in meno di un minuto e permette di non disturbare lìintorno. Chiaramente i singoli boz dovranno essere collegati al sistema di ventilazione e condizionamento.
Per questi spazi è previsto l'attrezzaggio con una postazione interne e un tavolo estraibile adatto sia alla conformazione per chat che per piccole riunioni.
Questi elementi troveranno posto in corrispondenza dei muri ciechi mentre, negli spazi a vetrata, verranno collocati dei piccoli salottini con paravento atti a consentire comuqnue, una riduzione del livello sonoro generale e utili per non disturbare le situazioni vicine.
Per la chiostrina dell'accelleratore viene proposta una copertura in acciaio e vetro, anche dotabile di impianto fotovoltaico, scorrevole e direttamente appoggiata sulla copertura in modo da non andare ad incidere in alcun modo sulle murature rivestite in pietra e soggette a vincolo. Questo elemento è ampliamente collaudato in quanto di diretta derivazione dalle coperture delle piscine.
Perla zona relax e device lab, trattandosi di un'area di circa 60 mq. in cui vanno a unirsi differenti funzioni è stata fatta la scelta di adottare un sistema di suddivisione con parete mobile tipo "ESTFELLER", in grado di impacchettarsi completamente du si un lato ed al contempo di garantire una sufficiente insonorizzazione tra la parte del device lab e quella dei giochi e svago, certamente non compatibili tra loro come funzioni e livelli sonori. Si pensi solamente alla presenza di elementi come i giochi arcade.
La zona svago rimane di passaggio per la chiostrina inferiore con ping pong e bigliardini mentre, il device lab rimane completamente autonomo.
Per la zona della terrazza degli eventi e la chiostrina al piano inferiore, onde garantire, come richiesto, un ricambio adeguato dell'aria si è prevista l'stallazione di un ventilatore di grande diametro, che possa funzionare sia con mandata verso il basso che verso l'alto. Il ventilatore avrà un diametro di circa 3/3,5 metri ed un funzionamento a basso numero di giri, 40 70 al minuto.
Si tratta di macchine a basso consume ed i tralicci a cui sono appese potranno essere dotati di impianto fotovoltaico in modo da fornire sia l'energia necessaria per i ventilatori che per l'inmpianto di segnaletica previsto all'interno.
Per il varco con il passaggio di ronda, dal quale provengono notevoli correnti d'aria, è stata proposta una chiusura scorrevole posizionata direttamente in aggancio sulla copertura e poggiante sul pavimento della terrazza. Questo elemento potrà essere dotato di un sistema di tipo ledwall, in grado di tramettere messaggi collegati agli eventi che si svolgono sulla terrazza e che potrà avere le dimensioni di tutto il grande pannello scorrevole.
CORPORATE OFFICES AND CORRIDORS-REQUESTS
