You have a beautiful room layout, and the room in the bottom has a very interesting shape. I wanted to enhance that feature, so the kitchen is following the shape of the room. As you will see the space is divided into "zones": cooking, food preparation, dish washing, espresso making, tea making, and storage. In that way people can work together in the kitchen without bothering each other. The counter sitting is maximized a bit by adding the "island" which can also be used as an extra counter top space. The fridges are located in the center of the room, in the area intended for storage - close to everybody and also in the appropriate "zone". I like the way wall cabinets are built around the windows in your current kitchen. I think that kind of wall cabinets will suit your future kitchen too, especially with the bottom cabinets also following the shape of the room. You will see in the submissions two variants of dining room tables, oval one and a square one, so you can decide for yourself what suits you more. My personal favorite is the oval one.
