This spacious room is divided into three functional zones.
The first one is the living room zone for sitting, conversation and relaxing. It has a comfortable sofa with matching armchairs and an existing LC4 lounge chair by the window. There is also a high floor lamp designed for reading and lighting this area. Big green plant by the balcony door is an important detail and improves the quality of this area.
The second one is a dining area with a extendable table for 6 to 12 people. The table has a solid wood top and a stand made of reinforced glass and represent the central motif of the whole room. It is intended for gathering with family and friends. Above the desk is a stylish and long pendant light with four lights, enough to illuminate the entire length of the table.
The third one is TV and exercise zone. It consists of a smaller, comfortable sofa and cozy armchair facing the TV wall. There is also an existing treadmill, also facing TV wall and balcony door, so that the person exercising can enjoy the view or watch the TV. Next to the TV and the balcony window, there is a large green plant to create a feeling of nature and warmth. The existing built-in closet is retained.
Materials used in the design are natural oak wood, textiles in pastel colors, glass and steel. The dominant colors are white, gray, black, pastel green and terracotta pink.
