how wonderful is your initiative to renovate an entire ancient village! Definitely we would love to be part in time of your project and we are also very interested in the food experience aspect! For this lovely rural edifice we maintained the functions that you asked plus we included on the ground floor a room for retail. On the first floor in the kitchen we placed an island and we liked the idea to use a restaurant kitchen island where you can place order.

On this chef table you can serve also meals if the weather is bad and you can't use the outdoor space.
To conclude in our project we propose, only as a possible option, to convert the gable roof in a flat terrace to place even more tables for customers to enjoy the landscape and the view of the new restore town!
