Foreword:
The goal of renovation of this old, rural edifice is to build a cooking school dedicated to the antique culinary tradition of South Italy; specialized in making fresh pasta, ragù sauce and soups, varieties of cheese and cold cut meats. The project of the renovation of this building is a part of a bigger project of renovation of an entire small, rural village to host young people from around the world who are looking for an unconventional touristic experience, that allows you to establish an emotional relationship with stories from the past that live up to today.

Some guidelines for the project
It is required to respect the the style of the local material including the old stone of the flooring and roof tiles in the exteriors of the building.
On ground floor, we preferably want to have on artisan products such as conserves, flour, sauces, cured meats, cheeses, and wines on display.Inside the kitchen area should be upholstered with tiles with the design that you can find in the reference images. It is necessary to have multifunctional stands (in proportion to the available space) to be used also for preparing and kneading fresh pasta.
There should be a plaque outside the building (not too big) with the logo that you can find in the uploaded images.
We have imagined to use colorful led lights that change colors in the pigeon coops during the night.
