Renovation
The major task is the creation of three bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 2 single ones.
Then, a second bathroom.
Night area
So the project started from here. I choose to create a suite-like master bedroom, with its private bathroom. An hotel organized room. The room is composed by:
- a big area for the king size bed;
- a corner for a spacious wardrobe;
- a bathroom area precisely divided in three private segments: the toilet and bidet, the shower and the sink. Through a curtain system you can hide or not this bathroom rectangle, all made of glass walls.
In the center of the night area we have the major bathroom (with window).
Also in the night area you can find the two single bedrooms, both equipped with a big bed (120-140 cm wide), a wardrobe and a desk corner.
Entrance/Corridor
From the entrance you have straight on a wardrobe area, in the little space close to the door a big armoire that hide a laundry corner (washing machine and drier). In the corridor that separate night/day areas there’s also the space for a little home office desk/corner.
Day area
In the day area I divided this big room in three distinctive corners:
- kitchen;
- living/sitting room;
- dining room.
The kitchen: a fully easy to clean easy to use kitchen. A curious high separè divides more over this area.
The living room: a big sofa next to the wall receives direct natural light from the big window next to it.
I put the dining corner in the corner full of windows and direct lights: a great place to eat and to read, to use the table.

It's very important to have the rooms lightened by natural light.
From the big windows in the day area and through the use of two glass sliding doors, you can have natural light in the .
Also the glass bath boxes in the master bedroom can provide you a private bath well lightened even if there’s no window.
