The project we are proposing follows the directions proposed by the customer and aims to redesign a layout that is functional for 4/5 people.
The new layout includes an entrance with fitted hallway, three bedrooms (two singles / one double), two bathrooms and a kitchen lounge.
Entrance hall / Fitted hallway
The hallway is resized to make room for a second bathroom complete with shower, toilet and laundry room. In the hallway there are the special lighting that allow you to adjust the light according to your needs. Along the hall there are a set of built-in wardrobes can be used to recover storage space. The space from the bathroom to the main bathroom is completely in plasterboard ceiling suspended to allow the passage of the ventilation pipes.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms (two single with large closets and a desk and a double) and the existing bathroom. The project provides the entrance of the sleeping area positioned in such a way as to make it completely independent of the living area. The sleeping area is bordered by a sliding door that can be closed or opened when needed.
Living / kitchen
The new layout features a large space with living room and kitchen where each room has its functional identity. The living area consists of a kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area becomes a versatile environment that can be adapted to the different needs of the client (see solutions 2/3).

Il progetto da noi proposto segue le indicazioni proposte dal commitente ed ha lo scopo di ridisegnare un appartatamento che sia funzionale per 4/5 persone.
Il nuovo layout prevede un ingresso con corridoio attrezzato, tre camere da letto ( due singole / una matrimoniale) due bagni e un salone cucina.
Ingresso / corridoio attrezzato
Il corridoio viene ridimensionato per fare spazio ad un secondo bagno completo di doccia , sanitari e spazio lavanderia. Viene prevista data l'assenza di finestre una particolare illuminazione a fasce di led incassate dimmerabili che permettono di regolare la luce a seconda delle esigenze. Lungo il corridoio una serie di armadi incassati permettono di recuperare lo spazio ripostiglio.Lo spazio dal bagno di servizio al bagno principale è completamente controsoffittato per permettere il passaggio delle tubature di areazione.
Zona notte
La zona notte è costituita da tre camere da letto ( due singole con ampi armadi e scrivania e una matrimoniale) e il bagno preesistente. Il progetto prevede gli ingressi della zona notte posizionati in modo tale da renderla completamente indipendente rispetto alla zona giorno. La zona notte è delimitata da una porta scorrevole che all'occorrenza può essere chiusa o aperta.
Living / cucina
Il nuovo layout prevede un ampio spazio con salotto e cucina in cui ogni ambiente ha la sua identità funzionale. La zona giorno è costituita da un angolo cucina, zona pranzo e living.La zona giorno diventa un ambiente versatile che puo' adattarsi alle diverse esigenze del committente ( vedi soluzioni 2/3).
