La soluzione progettuale proposta, risponde alle esigenze del committente, senza però stravolgere del tutto le tramezzature interne.
Nella zona ingresso viene pensato il secondo bagno ed un piccolo ripostiglio. Questa area viene arredata da un guardaroba, inserito in una nicchia, e da una parete attrezzata ricavata nell'incavo creato sulla parete del ripostiglio. Il tutto potrebbe esere valozizzato con l’inserimento di tagli di luce a soffitto e parete.
La parete attrezzata è quella del living, che inizia con una parte bassa (mobile tv), si alza per diventare libreria e rivestimento del muro, maschera la porta del ripostiglio e gira con degli elementi, cassettoni e mensole, ad arredare ed inglobare il disimpegno.
La cucina viene spostata nella zona living, ed al suo posto, come richiesto dal cliente, viene creata la seconda camera da letto.
Le camerette sono attrezzate con letto, armadio e scrittoio e nella camera matrimoniale trova spazio una capiente cabina armadio.
I bagni sono composti da wc, bidet, doccia grande e lavabo.
Nel bagno della zona notte, in una armadiatura si è predisposta la lavanderia, lavatrice ed asciugatrice a colonna, con uno spazio per detersivi, panni, etc.
Nel living trovano posto:
- cucina con una parte a colonna alta ed una penisola con fuochi e lavello
e piano snack;
- pranzo con tavolo allungabile e sedie;
- zona divano/tv.

The proposed design solution responds to the needs of the buyer, without however completely disturbing the interior shutters.
In the entrance area is thought of the second bathroom and a small closet. This area is furnished by a wardrobe, inserted in a niche, and by a fitted wall made in the recess created on the wall of the closet. All this could be highlighted by inserting light cuts on the ceiling and wall.
The wall is equipped with living, which begins with a lower part (mobile tv), rises to become a bookcase and wall coverings, masks the larder's door and turns with elements, drawers and shelves, to decorate and embody the hallway .
The kitchen is moved to the living area, and in its place, as requested by the customer, the second bedroom is created.
The bedrooms are equipped with a bed, wardrobe and writing desk and in the master bedroom there is a large walk-in closet.
The bathrooms are made up of toilet, bidet, large shower and washbasin.
In the bathroom in the sleeping area, a laundry room, a washer and a tumble dryer are set up in a wardrobe, with a space for detergents, cloths, etc.
In the living find place:
- a kitchen with a high-rise part and a peninsula with fires and sink and top
snacks;
- dining with extendable table and chairs;
- sofa / tv area.
