this is my proposal for "Savona" project. There is a few thing I would like to add as a description of the project:
1. kitchen/entrance: the opening between entrance area and kitchen is a bit wider than before, since kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are at north, I've decided to add light to the entrance area as much as its possible and not making too much work/costs on demolishing the walls. considering a lack of natural light for the most time of the year I've decided to add at list one shelf in the kitchen, and adding linear (led light) under. I'm suggesting, kitchen to make by carpenter, by the measures. for the counter tops I'm suggesting "corian" material since its long lasting and easy for maintenance. it doesn't absorbs anything.
2.bathroom/entrance: doors are moved and opening to the outside. I've calculated, since you are going to renovate entire bathroom, moving a bit door isn't expensive, and you will get more functional bathroom (divided on 2 spaces with sliding doors) SInce the height of the ceiling is 3m I've added a glass partition above dividing wall to get as more natural light as it is possible.
3. storage: storage remain as it is. it is always good to have "closed" space for thing you need or you are going to need at times.
4.bedroom: remains the same. I would live white walls considering orientation. painting on the wall will refine white walls.
5. living area: I've wanted to add more colors, but not to make it excessive but to make it room where you want to make the most of the time.
