Apartment for Chandrima group

Here was requirement of designing 190 apartments. My concept was skypark to shift the existing ground green space to the roof as an interaction space.
I designed the apartments in such a manner like stairways that the developer company can make the smallest block first, the sell that and make the taller and tallest sequentially.
