Retro Bilkent

I managed the entire project process of a commercial building with a total construction area of 600 m², located in the Bilkent district.
The architectural concept, design, and project development were fully carried out by me.

The project was initiated in 2024 and construction commenced after obtaining all municipal approvals and the building permit.
The construction phase was managed from start to finish together with my partner, who is a civil engineer.

The building is designed to be highly adaptable and suitable for various uses such as a corporate office building, a small-scale educational facility, or a shared medical practice.
It features rooftop solar panels, enabling the building to generate its own energy.
The project has been completed and is currently available for its new owner.
