Housing for a mother with her two children. The building in plan adopts a C shape with a central patio through which light and ventilation enter.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two levels. The social area is at street level and the private area at a height of -1.20 meters.
