Sustainable Warehouse Mall Park

The main design of the project for the mall was to diver traffic to the sides of the property, allowing the property to become pedestrian friendly development, promoting sustainability in a desert environment.

The style of the buildings was determined as contemporary modern, with industrial feel, using rustic materials and design techniques to shield occupants from the sun, whilst promoting the outdoor use.
