Besaria Seafood Restaurant

The owners wanted the restaurant to be in an abstract nautical and raw style, while achieving a retro sleek look, and it was required to minimize the seating area to fit only few customers, as they were depending on delivery, and it was planned to add outdoor areas later on. They asked to have a distinctive elevation, to stand out from the surrounding shops, without messing with the guidelines of the building.

The main concept was to give an abstract nautical look, so it was important to make the restaurant’s environment as graphical as possible, and this was by adding vinyl cutouts on several surfaces inside the restaurant, which goes in-line with the VI of the restaurant. The retro look was achieved by using ceramic tiles with different dimensions all over the restaurant, and a hint of modernism was added by choosing bold colored elements, and different new textures. In addition to that some tweaks came into play in the façade louvers using
computational methods.
