Sweet Home Milan

The project involves the construction
of a modern, clean lines, elegant and welcoming ambient.
(A) Entrance hall: a large closet
serves as a wardrobe.
(B) Dining area: a large table with
chairs and contemporary design chandeliers are the main elements.
(C) Living room: the sofa, armchair and
pouffe create a cozy and suitable ambient to receive friends.
Characteristic element of this area is the asymmetric tv cabinet,
playing with shapes and materials: the wood rough is contrasted to
the glossy white.
(D) Studio area: the large bookcase
separates this area from the dining area but allows light to pass
through and to create a special play of light and shadows. In
addition to desk with chair, shelves are inserted into the existing
niche.
(E) Kitchen: characterized by simple
lines, colors and shapes. One side is dedicated to cooking, the other
with a breakfast table with stools, also useful as an additional work
plan.
(F) Bathroom: dominant element is the
large shower with crystal slab. The fixtures and furniture are modern
and white, in contrast with the gray similpietra.
(G) Corridor: a large closet with
mirror doors amplifies the space and helps to keep things in order.
(H) Master bedroom: there is not a wall
bounding this space so I created a kind of access using libraries
that, with their forms, galvanizing the space and create a play of
light. The double bed dominates the room. Besdide tables, bench,
cabinet with drawers, on which you can place a tv and shelves above
it, say it all.
(I) Walk-in closet: with shoe rack,
hanging rails, drawers, shelves and a large mirror.
# Colors: for furniture has used the
white and wood. For the walls we used a gray-brown for the kitchen
(RAL 1019) in order to have a game of contrasts with glossy white
furniture. The other rooms have white walls. For the bathroom you
used a dark gray jacket similpietra in contrast with the white
furniture health and to also have here a play of contrasts.
