Apartment building in Warsaw

This project proposes a unique housing complex located in Zegrze, near Zegrzyńskie Lake and key transport links. The core concept transforms a traditional urban block into a sculpted "canyon" form, replacing a standard enclosed layout with a fluid design that ensures a smooth transition between the public street and the private residential interior. The heart of the development is a central public square featuring retail and gastronomy to foster social integration, while a linear atrium and a series of intimate courtyards provide gradation of privacy. The four-story development comprises 150 apartments (approx. 8,610 m² of usable residential area), balancing high aesthetic standards with functional comfort.
