ER Apartment

A small walk-up apartment in a quiet and modest area. The client wants best for her future would-be tenants but has her budget working against that vision. The design is a culmination of low cost but desirable living design strategies. By using abundant and readily available materials and achieving beautiful nishes thru carpentry works and craftsmanship, it is able to bring the construction cost of the apartment down to reasonable values while providing relatively better standard of living.
