Bangau House

This project involved the facade remodeling of an existing residence within an established luxury housing complex. The design challenge was transforming an outdated exterior into a contemporary statement while respecting the scale and rhythm of the surrounding complex. The solution introduces a bold volumetric composition — a cantilevered upper mass clad in warm sand-toned panels contrasted against dark steel framing, vertical timber fins, and a deep carport canopy at ground level. Multiple lighting conditions were rendered to demonstrate how the facade performs across different times of day, from the sharp midday geometry to the warm, layered illumination at night.
