A one-bedroom apartment layout

This is a floor plan for a one-bedroom apartment. Clever space saving measures are used throughout.

Note the built in bedroom furniture forms part of the partition wall. Sliding doors with a 'pop' of colour on the leading edge are used.

There is further storage above the doorway leading from the bedroom to the en-suite.

Bathroom storage is provided directly above the toilet where valuable space is often wasted.

A built-in unit houses the washing machine and tumble dryer - storage is now useful underneath.

Finally the balcony is 'grassed' with artificial material to make the area more user-friendly.
