Casa Zul

A custom made villa in the border of a lake in South America. The house was designed to accommodate the natural slopes of the land. Pedestrian access to the house is via a bridge suspended seven meters above the ground, arriving at the third level of the house where are placed the rooms. A triple-height interior garden with a waterfall and reflecting pool overlooks the central axis of the house, besides serving as vertical access to the three floors through a modern double stretch staircase. On the ground floor of the house are located the garage, gym, home office, dining room and kitchen, along with other rooms. As well as access to the gardens and private jetty. In the gardens, a line of araguaney trees borders vehicular access ramp, and a wall with terraced planters under the suspension bridge leads down to the garage area. At the level of the lake is a waterfall fountain that leads to the private jetty, and next to it a path leading to a recreational area with a natural swimming pool with infinity edge. The garden also has a terraced pergola and other seating areas.
