An apartment to sell

The client was a construction company that buys old properties, renovates them and sell for a better price. The request was to propose a solution with 3rooms+2bathrooms.
Once you get to the apartment, spaces with to the left have a street view and rooms to the right had a "no so attractive" view to the backyard.
The proposal includes the relocation of the rooms, providing easy access only to public areas. To achieve this, the kitchen is located in the entrance of the apartment, the principal corridor remains and, 4m earlier, leads to a large living with double doors to the front balcony. Acces to the bedrooms are from the livingroom.
