This two-story residence is designed in a modern industrial style, combining exposed materials, clean geometry, and large glass openings. The house functions both as a private home and as a personal car gallery, allowing the owner’s vehicle collection to become an integral part of the architectural experience.
The ground floor features open living spaces connected visually to the car gallery through large glass panels, turning the vehicles into a central visual element of the home. All private rooms, including the bedrooms on the upper floor, are oriented to capture views of the displayed cars and the landscaped garden, creating a unique relationship between living spaces, collection, and nature.
The house also includes a private sauna, a large swimming pool, and an outdoor barbecue area for relaxation and gatherings. Additional parking is placed at the rear of the property to accommodate guests during private meetings or social events. The design balances residential comfort, automotive passion, and social entertainment within a bold industrial architectural character.
