Project description

This contemporary clubhouse is envisioned as a lifestyle hub that blends bold architectural expression with functional elegance and environmental consciousness. The centerpiece of the design is a striking parametric façade, crafted through advanced computational design tools. The fluid geometry of the façade responds to sun paths, prevailing wind directions, and site views—creating a dynamic interplay of light, shadow, and ventilation throughout the day.

Set within a landscaped precinct, the clubhouse is designed as a serene retreat that integrates seamlessly with nature. Reflecting water bodies, cascading features, and green courtyards anchor the built environment, while the temperature-controlled swimming pool and shaded lounging decks offer leisure and luxury in a tranquil setting.

The planning focuses on fluid spatial flow and zoning, with well-defined areas for recreation, celebration, and wellness. Key amenities include:

Grand entrance lobby with double-height volume

Banquet hall with pre-function area and garden spill-out

Multipurpose indoor event spaces

Fine-dining and café areas with alfresco seating

Infinity-edge pool with jacuzzi zone and kids’ pool

Gymnasium, yoga, and wellness studio

Indoor games & reading lounge

Changing rooms and spa facilities

Administrative and staff areas

Sustainability is integral to the design. The clubhouse is oriented to harness natural wind flow, reducing dependency on mechanical cooling systems. The parametric screen acts as a passive solar filter, cutting glare while allowing soft daylight into the interiors. Rooftop solar panels power key utilities, while rainwater harvesting and greywater reuse systems support landscape irrigation and service areas.

Material selection features a mix of natural stone, exposed concrete, wood, and perforated metal, balancing warmth and modernity. The interiors are curated with a minimalist yet elegant aesthetic, using soft lighting, tactile surfaces, and open volumes to enhance user experience.

This clubhouse serves not just as an amenity space, but as an architectural landmark—fusing cutting-edge design with community-focused functionality and responsible building practices.
