Fuji Tei 富士邸

Fuji Tei 富士邸 is an ultra-luxury residential resort on the northern coast of Mauritius, conceived as an extension of the Indian Ocean itself. The project combines contemporary tropical architecture, natural materials, panoramic views toward Gunner’s Coin, direct nautical access, and spaces designed to create a discreet and immersive luxury experience.
At humanest.co, we developed the project’s integrated architectural and creative direction, including conceptual and spatial design, architectural drawings, high-end photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations, and graphic materials for premium brochures and marketing.
The complex is organized into three residential blocks, connected by an architectural axis that culminates in an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture, landscape, water, and an uncompromised lifestyle.
