4X22 Multipurpose

The client required an office, two studios for Airbnb, and his personal apartment with a plot of land measuring 3.80 x 22 meters (12.46 x 72.17 ft). I designed a narrow 4-story building, the first floor was an office, to give direct access to the person who will rent it and to respect the privacy of the residents of the upper floors. On the second floor, I designed two studios to be rented as Airbnb, to facilitate the mobility of the users I designed a lobby just up the stairs from the first floor. From this hall you enter the two studios and the large apartment. The main apartment has a kitchen, dining room, and living room with excellent field of view. It has two full bathrooms, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two secondary bedrooms. It also has a TV room. The studios and the apartment have individual laundry areas. I sought a modern, minimalist, sculptural exterior design. When I finished the architectural plans and modeled the building in 3D, I noticed details that could be improved in the model. The project is currently still in development.
