Per la realizzazione del progetto di abbellimento della zona giorno si è pensato di utilizzare un design moderno ed elegante con l'utilizzo di toni di colore chiaro e con la massimizzazione della luce che entra nel soggiorno. Lo spazio avrà una zona lounge con un divano a L e due comode poltrone orientate verso la parete porta tv che di lato avranno spazio per appoggiare i libri. Sul lato della porta verranno creati mobili per mettere scarpe e giacche con una poltrona per sedersi e mettere le scarpe. La zona pranzo e la cucina saranno dall'altra parte del soggiorno. La cucina sarà separata dall'altra zona giorno da 2 due vetrate scorrevoli che verranno inserite nelle pareti per creare un ambiente open space e permettere il passaggio della luce su tutti i lati del living. La cucina sarà ad L con una grande isola al centro e panche per la colazione. La zona pranzo sarà tra la cucina e la zona lounge in una posizione che non impedisca il passaggio da una zona all'altra. Le pareti avranno uscite in cartone e saranno decorate con luci nascoste sul lato. I colori utilizzati saranno aperti. L'illuminazione giocherà un ruolo importante nell'arredamento con luci sospese, luci nascoste e faretti.
