Just a few words to tell....
1. please notice that you are the only owner of the level now, so the windows in 2 small room at entrance, which are study room and parents room could be easily and free used almost as real exterior wall windows. You can ventilate via stairs, and have enough daylight. Although the bedroom will have not so much daylight, but enough to feel comfortable.
2. Living room may have 8-10 persons at a time, so it is pretty big, even it does not look to much big as it does not have any wasted space.
3. Dinning table is for 6 persons, and it is wide 200cm, and depth 100cm, pretty big one table, you may even try 8 persons at some time...
4. Beds, all beds are 120x200cm, so you will have nice dream time in them...no need for big double beds.
5. At least but not last, all the walls should be removed, except the columns, that is the faster and safest way instead of keeping few walls...
