Partendo dalle esigenze ed i gusti della committenza, si è deciso di intervenire maggiormente nella zona d’ingresso (ex Foyer) per creare un unico ambiente Kitchen/Living/Dinner che dia la possibilità, approfittando delle ampie finestre fornite a destra e sinistra del fabbricato, di ingresso luce solare. I toni chiari utilizzati, come richiesto, favoriscono la visione ampia degli ambienti.
Entrando dal portoncino di ingresso, si è deciso di utilizzare la colonna, come punto per la costruzione di una bouaserie che possa dividere, ma non separare, tramite parete fissa e porta in legno scorrevole, la zona Living dalla Dining. Sulla destra dell’ingresso, una guardarobiera per poi immettersi nella living; provvista di sofa angolare, con televisore sulla parete e piccola libreria/porta oggetti. Il tutto essenziale e minimalista, così come richiesto. La Kitchen, posizionata sul lato West del fabbricato, è concepita per esser un unico ambiente con la restante parte, che all’occorrenza può esser chiuso tramite utilizzo di pannelli in legno scorrevoli a tutt’altezza.
Presenta una zona lineare, dove i mobili sono alloggiati a muro ed un’isola, con piani fuoco, lavabo e snack, per un consumo di una colazione/pasto veloce. Dalla kitchen è possibile accedere alla zona Laundry, che affaccia su balconcino. Completa il tutto il bagno, accessibile dalla zona ingresso antistante, dove è presente una piccola postazione lavoro a scomparsa.
Con accesso diretto tramite porta della zona dining si accede alla zona notte. Attraverso la traslazione del corridoio la zona notte acquista un maggior equilibrio, dando la possibilità di creazione di 3 stanze per i bambini di uguale metratura, con bagno con box doccia ad utilizzo di questi ultimi. Infine la main Bedroom risulta essere più ampia e con bagno personale in modo da rispondere a pieno alle esigenze della committenza.
Per quanto riguarda l’arredamento della zona notte è stato deciso di utilizzare la maggior parte dell’arredamento esistente andando ad intervenire su piccoli restauri, in modo tale da poter creare un dialogo con il nuovo arredamento della zona giorno attraverso l’uso di colori chiari.
Starting from the needs and likes of the client, we decided to intervene in the entrance area mainly (ex Foyer) to create a single and big environment composed by kitchen / living / dining. That gives the opportunity to sunlight, taking advantage of the large windows provided at right and the left of building. Light colors, as the client required, promote broad view of the environments.
Entering from the entrance door, it was decided to use the colomn as middle point for a bouaserie that May Divide, but not really separate via the fixed wall and sliding wooden door, the living area from the dining; at the entrance’s right, a cloakroom then the living, equipped with a corner sofa, TV on the wall and small bookcas. Everything is essential and minimalist, as the client asked to us.
The kitchen, positioned on the west side of the building, designed to be a unique environment with the remaining part, on which if necessary can be closed through the use of sliding wood panels ceiling. It has a linear zone, where the furniture are placed in the wall and island where are located fire tops, sink and snack, for having a fast breakfast/meal. From the kitchen you can access to the laundry area, opening onto the balcony. Completing the area with bathroom, accessible from the entrance area, where is a small hiding work station.
With direct access from the dining room door, we go further to the sleeping area. Moving the corridor’sposition, the bedroom takes a perfect balance, giving the possibility of creating 3 same size rooms for kids, a bathroom with shower. The main Bedroom is more spacious and with bath staff in order to respond to the full requirements of the client.
As for the furniture of the bedrooms it was decided to use most of the existing; Going to intervene on small renovations, in order to be able to create a dialogue with the new decor of the living area through the use of light colors.
