I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I tried to consider the functionality of home spaces as the main part of my design.
For the main apartment on the ground floor, I planned two sections as storage.(one under the stairs and the other next to the technical room)
I assumed the design of the rented apartment suite to be fixed.
I moved part of the walls of the first floor so that the dimensions of the bedrooms are more practical and can be arranged.
