Thank you for this great project. I'll explain the design I created:

When I started the work, I realized one thing: the photo of the terrace with the tennis table, which is usually 150 cm wide, didn't match the terrace dimensions you provided. So I concluded that your measurements were inaccurate. Furthermore, the lower and upper floors were different sizes. So I remeasured using Google Earth and took the existing photos into consideration. First, I created the appropriate building dimensions. Although not 100% accurate, it was closer than before.

Then, I focused on separating the upper and lower floors. I built a wall between the upper floor entrance and the stairs leading to the lower floor. This allows you to rent two units separately.

Upstairs: The upper floor features a living room with a beautiful view thanks to its large, sunken window, featuring an IKEA sofa bed and armchair. Then, there's the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. I kept the green floor with a yellow accent on some of the walls.

Ground Floor: The ground floor features a bedroom and living room separated only by a bookshelf. The guest room is furnished with an Ikea sofa bed and an Ikea coffee table. I retained the green flooring with yellow accents on some of the walls, and also features a bathroom.

Terrace: The terrace contains an outdoor kitchen. Although located upstairs, this is the kitchen that will be used by the downstairs residents. It is complete with a sofa facing directly towards the mountain.

Solarium: I placed the solarium in this area, which is ideally positioned, without interfering with the outdoor kitchen and without interfering with the house's mountain-facing windows. There is a jacuzzi and sofas for relaxing.

Laundry: I placed the laundry in the downstairs area, separated from the main wall.
