The small entrance hallway with mirror and wardrobe for coats and shoes is created In order to improve the first impression and create a soft transition between inside and outside when arriving in the flat. Since the offered solution aims mainly to increase the functionality of the space, the proposed layout of the flat consist of one single and one double bedroom, large living room with kitchen incorporated and one large bathroom with laundry and storage space. Bright and comfortable living room with kitchen and dining space with open views to the city through the balcony are centre – positioned. The single bedroom is equipped with wardrobe and small study / work space and the double bedroom is equipped with wardrobe space, work corner and make-up desk. The existing bathroom surface is extended in expense of the partition wall which was dividing the window in half (that was a really low-quality solution). I suggest moving the partition wall so you can create large bathroom with laundry and storage space.
