Sulla terrazza superiore è prevista la realizzazione di una rastrelliera, che avrebbe più funzioni. In primo luogo, sarebbe un forte motivo estetico che, combinato con piante rampicanti verdi, darebbe alla casa un aspetto sorprendente. Un altro motivo è la protezione solare e creare l'intimità di cui tutti abbiamo bisogno. Una piscina è prevista nel cortile e l'intera trama sarebbe circondata da una grande recinzione. My goal was to show the look of a modern villa without changing the original setting sent to us by the client. On the upper terrace, the construction of a rack is planned, which would have several functions. First, it would be a strong aesthetic motif that, combined with green creepers, would give the house a striking look. Another reason is sun protection and creating the intimacy we all need. A swimming pool is planned in the yard and the whole plot would be surrounded by a large fence. I hope that in my solution the customer will find what he is looking for.
