The design of this villa has been done in such a way that it provides a calm, warm and intimate place for the residents in addition to responding to all the daily needs of life. At the entrance, the entrance path is completely separated from the pool to not interfere with it, and moreover, provides a cozy atmosphere for the pool area. Besides, it is directly connected to the front door of the building. The placement of the pool has been done in such a way that it provides a good view of the pool from inside the building, and on the other hand, it has a convenient connection with the building. For this purpose, a folding door is provided in the building to grant proper access to the pool from inside the building, and by opening it, the inside and outside of the building are continuously connected. The ground floor plan of the building is designed in such a way that after entering, a person is faced with a ‘decision-making space’ that has easy access to different zones of the house. The bathroom has also been moved so that it has good access from the front door of the house and besides that, we now can have a kitchen right in front of the front door. From the ‘decision-making space’, a person can easily and in the shortest time, have access to the living room, bedroom, kitchen, or bathroom. The design of the kitchen is integrated with the living room to provide an open and bright space. The bedroom door is also turned so that it does not have a direct view into the room from the living room and provides more privacy. stairs are designed directly and without turning so that they are safer and people can use them easily. Lights are also provided (optional) next to the staircase to provide enough light for passage. Bathrooms are pretty spacious so that people can use them easily. A shower is provided on the ground floor and a bathtub is used on the upper floor so that people can choose between each according to their needs. In the plan of all the rooms, a king bed is used to show that all the rooms are spacious and have enough space. On the first floor, each room has a separate closet. Next to the upper toilet, there is a place for a washing machine, but of course, the client can consider this space or not according to his needs. In the upper floor bathroom, all facilities including toilet, bidet, bathtub, and washbasin are considered. Finally, the facade of the building was designed in a minimal and white color according to the image of the ‘resource’ and to avoid visual bustle. In front of the upper windows, flower boxes were considered to give freshness and beauty to the facade of the building as well as the bedrooms.
