La soluzione proposta si concentra principalmente sulla rifunzionalizzazione degli spazi esterni ed in particolare sulla zona d’ingresso e su tutta l’area attorno alla piscina. Per quanto riguarda gli interni sono state proposte leggere modifiche alla zona d’ingresso per ospitare ora una zona di armadiature a filo parete e piccoli dettagli nella zona notte. Gli esterni invece a partire dalla veranda con sono stati rivisti per adattarsi ad uno stile più moderno in particolare per quanto riguarda le finiture, i materiali e quindi i pavimenti ora di colori più chiari e di facile manutenzione. Alcuni render mostrano la nuova zona esterna e per meglio evidenziare le possibili soluzioni è stata proposta una zona cucina esterna che può trovare sazio sia in adiacenza all’attuale struttura box stoccaggio oppure sotto alla nuova veranda/pergola. Inoltre altri render mostrano gli spazi esterni e le varie zone relax. Per quanto riguarda le essenze arboree vengono proposte più varietà e oltre a quelle caratteristiche della zona anche sempreverdi come un olivo secolare che ha sempre il suo fascino soprattutto se illuminato alla sera e alberelli sempre dal gusto estetico oltre che funzionale.

The proposed solution focuses primarily on repurposing the outdoor spaces, particularly the entrance area and the entire area around the pool. Regarding the interiors, slight modifications were proposed to the entrance area to accommodate a flush-to-the-wall closet and small details in the sleeping area. The exteriors, starting with the veranda, have been redesigned to adapt to a more modern style, particularly regarding the finishes, materials, and flooring, now in lighter, easier-to-maintain colors. Some renderings show the new outdoor area, and to better highlight the possible solutions, an outdoor kitchen area has been proposed, which could be located either adjacent to the existing storage shed or under the new veranda/pergola. Other renderings also show the outdoor spaces and various relaxation areas. Regarding the tree species, a wider variety is proposed, including those characteristic of the area, including evergreens such as a centuries-old olive tree, which is always charming, especially when illuminated at night, and small trees, always aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.
