I believe that if you decide to upload the project again in the future with more detailed information and clearer requirements for the interior design, it will be much easier to achieve exactly the result you have in mind.

Based on your preferred style and your request to keep the renovation budget low, I would like to share a few suggestions that I believe could significantly improve your villa:

* Reduce the number of decorative objects and colorful accessories to create a cleaner and more harmonious atmosphere.
* Simplify the kitchen wall by making it a single, neutral color.
* Paint the walls in a simple white tone and introduce a few carefully selected materials such as exposed concrete, black wood, or dark wood accents to add depth and character.
* Keep the existing cabinet layout to avoid unnecessary costs, but consider repainting the cabinets in an off-white or white finish for a fresher and more contemporary look.
* Redesign the TV wall with a simpler, more minimalist composition.
* For the outdoor area, use large-format white porcelain tiles with either a matte or polished finish to create a brighter and more elegant appearance.

Overall, I believe that achieving your desired modern minimalist style is less about making major renovations and more about simplifying the space. By reducing visual clutter, limiting accessories, and making a few thoughtful material and color updates, your beautiful villa can feel much more refined, timeless, and enjoyable.
